Delivery Policy and Charges

Shipping on  all orders for delivery to the UK is FREE provided the order is for more than £9. The UK is defined as any UK address. All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail Second class and should be with you in 3-5 working days. If you want the order a little more quickly please select the 1st class upgrade at the checkout which costs £2.40 no matter what size the order. First class delivery should arrive in 1-2 working days.

We do not currently ship outside the UK

Delivery Policy

Beautiful Notebooks will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you have given us as soon as the order has been accepted. We aim to deliver within 3 to 5  business days (for free 2nd class delivery) and 1-2 business days (for 1st Class upgrade deliveries) to UK destinations. If goods haven’t been delivered within 21 days please contact us immediately.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item, which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within 72 hours of receipt
